Contract Ratified!

The ratification ballots were counted on Friday, January 26, 2018.
UCATS members voted overwhelmingly to ratify the tentative contract agreement we reached with NYU on December 5, 2017. That means the agreement is no longer tentative, it is the contract, and implementation can begin. At present, NYU is working out the technical details implementing the raise and the retropay. Most likely the raise can be implemented before the retropay because the 3% raise is the same for everyone, but the retropay will be different for everyone based on your grade, if you worked overtime, had unpaid time off, or make more than the base salary for your grade due to longevity increases. We will post the timeline as soon as it is announced.
